Super 8 By Wyndham Erie/I 90 Hotel, Erie

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room we were assigned initially had a mechanical error, but the replacement room on the 3rd floor, while at the very back and not very clean or pleasant smelling, was just passable. The service was a hit or miss - some staff members were polite and helpful, like the one who did my laundry, while others seemed rude and dismissive, not taking our concerns seriously. The location, although close to attractions like Presque Beach and Erie Zoo, had a strong smoke odor, which affected the overall ambiance. The dining options were limited and disappointing, but the free breakfast in the room was a plus, even though not suitable for special dietary needs.

The hotel had a scary-looking room that wasn't very clean, especially the couch and carpet. However, the staff was kind and helpful, even changing our room due to a faulty air conditioner. The location was somewhat convenient, but behind a property under renovation which made it seem sketchy. The dining was okay with limited options, but the staff kept it well-filled. The facilities were average.

The hotel is conveniently situated just off the highway exit, making it easy to reach and close to various attractions in Erie. The service was mixed, with some staff being very polite and accommodating while others were unfriendly.
